This is the warm(er) side of Cape Town, and the most inconsistent as it has a tiny swell window. The most gnarly wave is Kalk Bay Reef. A shallow breaking wave on a small piece of reef. The Wave is fast and hollow with a difficult take off. Works best in Winter in the prevailing North West winds and South Swells.
